Returns & Exchanges
Your continued satisfaction is important to us.
If you wish to return your items to us for a refund or exchange, you will need to follow the instructions below.
Returning the goods
If you wish to return goods ordered from this site, you must return them within 14 days of receipt.
If you are unable to return the goods within 14 days, you must notify us of your intent to return the goods. This must be done within 14 days of receipt To do this, write to email@example.com stating your name, order number, and which items you will be returning or exchanging. Goods must then be returned in their original condition within 14 days of the date you informed us.
We cannot accept goods after 14 days of your notification or 14 days of receipt, whichever is later.
Any items you return must be in their original condition, with their original packaging. If they are not, we cannot accept them. We will deduct any loss in value from your refund.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings. We will also not accept returns for bespoke or personalised goods.
You will need to pay for return postage. We recommend you choose a recorded delivery service, as your parcel is your responsibility until we receive it. If we have to pay additional fees on your parcel we will deduct these fees from any refund. We accept no liability for goods that are lost or damaged while being returned.
We will send out your new items within 24 hours of receiving your returned goods.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, or 14 days from when you supply us with proof your order has been returned.
Your refund will be made in the same way as your original payment.
If you live in the EU, you will be refunded a delivery fee, equal to the least expensive method of delivery we offer.
If there is a problem with your order
If we have made a mistake with your order, or it is not in perfect condition, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, and always within 14 days of receipt. Please supply us with your name, address, order number, and the fault or problem.
We’ll give you a returns number, returns label and any other relevant information.
We’ll then send your replacement items out within 24 hours.
We want your returns process to go smoothly. Here are some guidelines we’d suggest to avoid any snags.
Clothing: When trying on clothing, please avoid wearing any deodorant or make up that could leave a scent or mark.
Jewellery: Keep jewellery well away from perfume, hairspray, or water. Store the jewellery carefully in the box they came in, or a soft pouch. Handle with extreme care and don’t use unnecessary force.
